Warren
Zanes, younger brother of Dan Zanes and ex Del Fuego member, has released
his sophomore effort title People That I’m Wrong For. Zanes who has worked
as an administrator for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland the
last few years cobbled the disc together between juggling his work and
family responsibilities. A master of indie pop rock, Zanes’ musical sensibilities
lean towards Matthew Sweet, Tom Petty, Beck and Todd Rundgren to name a
few. Zanes hit the mark on “Jr’s Bag Of Tricks”, “Things Nobody’s Named
Yet” and the title cut “People That I’m Wrong For”. The rocker “Ella’s
Army” and the dreamy “Somewhere On A Roadside” are notable as well. For
