Between Evolution the latest from The Tragically Hip follows the formula
The Hip has fascinated their faithful with for years now. Sonic guitars,
a thunderous rhythm section and the vocal ponderings of Gord Downie all
add up to another solid CD to their already impressive catalog. “Summer’s
Killing Us”, “If New Orleans Is Beat” and “Vaccination Scar” sound like
classic Hip. The nervously mysterious “Gus The Polar Bear From Central
Park” and the swaggering “It Can’t Be Nashville Every Night” sound fresh
and invigorating. The sublime riff of “One Night In Copenhagen” and the
