The result of a two day marathon recording session at Audio Magic Studios is the latest release from Off the Cuff aptly titled 48. The band (Steve Amuso-vocals/guitar, Pete Cimino-vocals/guitar, Brian Iten-bass and Max Henshaw-drums) has a melodic acoustic sound ala Dave Matthews Band or Jack Johnson and a good knack for vocal harmonies. Short of overdubs and multi takes the spontaneous sound of the twelve tracks makes for a live disc without the applause.
