Country
cutie Mirada Lambert has released her debut CD titled Kerosene. A mix of
country rockers and weepers her sound is closer to the dusty dancehalls
of her home state of Texas than the gloss of Nashville. Falling into the
rocker category are the title track “Kerosene”, “What About Georgia?”,
“I Wanna Die” and her hit single “Me And Charlie Talking”. Weepers are
“Greyhound Bound For Nowhere”, “There’s A Wall” and “Love Your Memory”.
The highlight of the disc is “I Can’t Be Bothered” a great country shuffle
that should become a classic. For more on rising star Miranda Lambert visit
