Nineteen year old guitar virtuoso and Toronto born Luke Mulholland channels his inner Hendrix and Clapton to full effect on his new release Further. Lots of power chords, wah-wah effects and amazing runs up and down the fret board on all eight tracks here. Augmented by his gruff vocal delivery Mulholland gets serious on the tracks "The Last Verse", the funky rocking "Caught Up in a Dream", the title cut "Further" and "Cold Night". He turns the blues staple "Rambling on my Mind" into an Allman Brothers style slide jam than the more familiar slow blues number with dramatic results.
