With
a driving powerful sound Kick Williams (Edward Wyner-bass/vocals, Eric
E-Rock Ravner-guitars and Dan Deveso-drums) arrives on the music scene
with their new CD Distance And Truth. The four song EP is a restless mix
of alternative/emo styling that teens and twenty-somethings currently revel
in. “Daggers” is a pounding tale of broken love. “Rise Above” and “Let
It Go” are more of the confessional nature while the slower pace of “Miles
Apart” shows another side of the band. Except for its brevity Kick Williams
Distance And Truth is one of the better sounding CD’s I heard this year.
