CD Review - By Bob Silvestri

Singer
songwriter guitarist Keaton Simons latest, titled Can You Hear Me, a
blend of classic and contemporary rock influences features a songwriting
style reminiscent of John Hiatt and Paul Simon with vocals tending to
veer into the soulful territory of Van Morrison. His contemporary's
would include the likes of Dave Matthews and Ben Harper. Lots of good
stuff here including the greasy rocker "Mama Song", the wistful
love song "Unstoppable" and the title track "Can You
Here Me" that sounds like a lost outtake from Robbie Robertson
and The Band. Go to www.keatonsimons.com
